Given my background in marketing, it was interesting to see how the publishers approached the book. And while each cover brings its own sensibilities to the story of Peter Paddington, I think the Canadian paperback cover (published by ECW Press with an illustration by Kagan McLeod) is my personal favourite. At the very least, it’s the most reflective of the book’s content. But maybe I’m just being patriotic.
